The Urubu river is wide, dark and clear. It has a low pH of 4.2 which means the water is very acidic.
The acid condition reduces the variety of life that can survive in it but there are wonderful reflections in the dark water.
This photo is a panorama made by stitching three photos together, when printed at full size ( 60cms ) it is very impressive
